- Nightwing's warrior name was supposed to be Nightflight, but that name was taken by a MoonClan cat a couple nights before.
- Nightwings mate, Lakefrost, is truely in love with him.

- She fell in love with Lakepaw when he saved her from a monster.
When Nightpaw fell in love with Lakepaw, it was when she crept onto the thunderpath, unbeknownst to a monster coming. Lakepaw yowled and hurrled himslef at her flank, sending both of them into a bracken bush. Nightpaw wasnt hurt, and when she saw Lakepaws scratch, licked it for him and took him to the river to wash it off, never leaving his sight.
